WMS Manual Drop cause inner LPN unpacked from outer LPN

Hi Guys,

We find our operators sometimes use the "Manual Drop" function to put away an LPN, despite the LPN is consolidated inside an outer LPN already, this “Manual Drop” would cause the LPN unpacked from its outer LPN.

So my questions are:

How can we prevent operators from putting away an LPN with "Manual Drop" when the LPN is packed inside another LPN?

How can we monitor this "Manual Drop" performed against an LPN which is packed inside an outer LPN? I mean like what transaction or "Business Flow" this "Manual Drop" would trigger?

Our problem is when an inner LPN is "unpacked" from an outer LPN with "Manual Drop", we should have the label of the outer LPN re-printed, but actually we don't know at all.
