Chinese characters display issue on customized MSCA Page

Hi Guys,

We have customized a MSCA page, see attached image.

Now we are encountering a quite critical issue that this custom page could not represent Chinese characters properly, and if any field on the page contains Chinese chars, the structure of the page would collapse, and some of the controls will just be gone.

We can see standard MSCA pages can definitely render Chinese chars properly, but we don't have any idea what is missing in our custom page.
