oracle reports using oraclebarcode.jar error with REP-1401 after jdk1.7.0_371 is applied

Hello,

We are running e-business release 12.2.9. After applying CPU January 2023 JDK update, barcode reports using oraclebarcode.jar errors with REP-1401. Jdk update version is jdk1.7.0_371. The report has been using oraclebarcode.jar since 2018, we've been live on 12.2.9 since 2019, have applied JDK CPU patches since with no issues until now.

Any assistance will be appreciated. BTW a SR has been logged as well.
