Location - Missing Postal Code for Canada

We need to add the postal code J0Z 2Y0 to the city Rouyn-Noranda

Right now this postal code is linked to the city Clericy but in reallity it should be linked to the city Rouyn-Noranda.

How do I change this?

To add a location I go in Purchasing Super User>Organization>Locations

In the Address (Canada), there is a validation between the City, Postal Code and the Province.
