ORA-29770 global enqueue process CKPT is hung

Hi ..

I have a problem with my RAC 19c hanging instance even I've installed the latest patch : Patch 34762026 - GI Release Update 19.18.0.0.230117 (REL-JAN230131) and after that patch: Patch 35050275 - GI MRP 19.18.0.0.230221 

The main error is: ORA-29770 global enqueue process CKPT is hung. I've attached trc files which mentioned in alert.log

I've noticed DIAGNOSTIC PATCH FOR BUG 30160153 but password is required for download.

Does anybody have such a problem and is there some interim patch or solution for this hanging instance ?
