Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key Import Erro

We recently upgraded our FDMEE to 11.2.10, upon validating our data load process, our batch is not running and looks like not connected to ODI. We were able validate and access the ODI studio but not really sure what is the disconnect between the FDMEE and ODI. I tried to check the configuration, and everything looks fine.

Please let me know if I missed something.

Here is the error message available in aif-WebApp.log:
