ZA - Payroll EBS R12.2 - self service banking error

When trying to view self service banking an error appears which is explained in document Employee Self Service: Payment Method Function Gives Error PAY_34069_NO_PAY_METHOD (Doc ID 2627774.1)

The solution is to change the PERMITTED_PAYMENT_TYPES attribute in workflow from ALL to another value.

Please can you tell me the navigation (from Workflow Administrator responsibility) to where I can find the PERMITTED_PAYMENT_TYPES attribute?
