Disable Planned Purchase Order in Create Purchase Order form

Hello There,

Wanted to know if there is a way to disable 'Planned Purchase Order' option from the PO Creation Form. Business didn't wanted this option to show up. I'd like to Personalize the form but wanted to know if there is any method other than this.

Also What's the Query behind for this LOV so I can try to build a custom Query and disable this.
