Oracle SBC not sending cancel to service provider
Good Day,
Hope someone can assist with the below please :)
When a user (client) cancels a call, the cancel is sent from CUCM to the SBC, but the SBC for some reason does not send the cancel to the service provider. Hence, the session remains active until the external user ends the call. What could be a cause for this? Will modifying the session timer fix this issue? And if yes, is this a global setting or can it be enabled for specific realm or session agent?
