Oracle vm 3.2 - virtual machines with high processor usage

We have one oracle vm server host with Oracle vm 3.2 and all oracle linux and windows virtual machines of same spool machines have high processor usage every 2 hours. exactly 2 hours.

(aprox 50% usage)

affecting the services of each virtual machine.
