Can't create or update a new composite page. I can update old composite pages

When I try to save a new composite page, the screen goes complete white and stays that way.

When I try to update a new composite page, the screen goes white with the "Loading..." message displayed.

When I try to update a older composite page, I'm able to do so.

I have wide open access as a CNC.

I've validated the security on the new composites is assigned to my role. I even assigned it to my SID# to see if that would make a difference, but it didn't.
