Siebel Application cluster availibility

Hi,

We have one question regarding one of our Environment.

Our Environment has 3 servers in which 2 servers are running with siebel services and 3rd server is with Gateway clustering like below.

FIHE7001 - Primary Gateway, Siebel Service, AI Tomcat running.

FIHE5001 - Secondary Gateway, Siebel Service, AI Tomcat running.

FIHE5002 - Gateway Cluster running.


As per the above structure, we have secondary gateway and cluster running in same Data center. We would like to know what if the FIHE5 Datacenter is down due to some Disaster .In that case both servers(FIHE5001 and FIHE5002) will be down. And in this case is still application will be accessible or we will face any issues?
