ACA Manifest 001 Error

Using JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 to process ACA 2022.

The ACA transmission was rejected twice. The rejection message is:

MANIFEST-001: If Manifest 'PriorYearDataInd' has a choice of "Yes" indicated, then 'PaymentYr' must be equal to the Processing Year minus two or more years.

It has been identified that P08140 Processing Option 1 - Prior Year Date Indicator was set to 1 instead of 0 to reference the current ACA reporting year.

My questions are:

1) Is the PRDI field only in the F08211 table? I am considering updating the field via SQL script and changing the code on the manifest file which is now:
