Unable to view the item source orgs for an internal requisition creation in iProcurement R12.2.10

Dear Community members and Gurus,

I am trying to create an internal requisition form iProcurements. Here I am not able to view the source organizations to select, only one organization I am able to view and I am not using that to create internal requisitions. Kindly help me to resolve this.
