Database performance issue after upgrade

Hi Guys,

We have upgraded the database from 11.2.0.4 to 19.14. After upgrade we have certain random sqls are running very slowly. Anything should be checked to avoid this issue.

It is bit frequent as well. Sometime same sql statement is running slowly and after killing the session and rerunning the sql statement. It is running faster.

Any specific help.
