What need to do to clear hardware alerts?

I am getting non stop alerts as below:

BUPA_691_LO_SOLR_HWISSUE_CRIT - cap_alerts:dxxxcdm002:LO - 03/18/2023 00:00:16.000 - [ Hardware issue on dcxxxxxxx002, health is Service with priority P2 and team DL IN BUPA UNIX for HARDWARE_ISSUE ]


I checked in the Control Domain: below are the error messages. What does need to be done here?
