Weblogic Console login error -Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/utils/io/oif/JreFilterSupport

I have one OID environment which is now throwing the below error when I log into the Weblogic Console (old version 10.3.6). My OAM weblogic console in this same environment is not doing that and the OID weblogic console in a second test environment is not doing that. This only shows up when I log into the console. The services seem to be running properly. I couldn't find anything on Support other than one note that said a weblogic jar might be corrupted and mentioned to restore the jar "com.oracle.weblogic.server" from a working environment. I
