Pre-checks for DB Update failed for 19.18

Hi

We are working on applying 19.18 patch on top of our 19.12 ODA (X7)

We completed all the tasks and now at last step to update the DB. We create a pre-patch report and it is showing the following errors.

Here is the db homes

We have the DB server updated in the repository.

What we need to do to fix it? We could not find anything in the documentation or known issues with the patch

We would greatly appreciate your kind assistance in resolving this
