Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to stop Siebel Gateway Services in IP23.2

Hi,

We are in siebel Ip23.2 when try to stop the Gateway Services.

It displays a message as shutting down.

Can't execute command stop_ns.No response

Can you please help here
