Last Upload for "failed logins" is over a year old

OEM 13.4

The metric is enabled, I have change the warning threshold to 2 and collection interval to 5 minutes, and did som failed logins. I can see the failed attempts in our unified_audit_trail.

But viewing PDB->Monitoring->All Metrics->Failed Logins I can see that last upload is from last year.

How can I trigger this? The metric is enabled.
