error "ORA-46623: cannot create the keystore file name"

Hello,

I'm configuring TDE on a multitenant database, here is the status on v$encryption_wallet:

When I try to configure the masterkey on the CDB, I have the ORA-46623

ADMINISTER KEY MANAGEMENT SET KEY IDENTIFIED BY [pass] WITH BACKUP;

ORA-46623: cannot create the keystore file name

Could you help me on that?

Oracle version: 19.14.0.0.0

Database type : multitenant

TDE mode : united
