Question regarding Microsoft teams direct routing| LBR\One way media

Greetings!!

We are using Microsoft teams Direct routing

I have implemented LBR. Let me illustrate my query with an example..

I have 10 users sitting in the office at A location in city name X.. All the 10 users in the office are sitting behind the office firewall named "office-firewall". I have my SBC in some other location which we address as location B and this SBC is also behind some firewall which we will address as SBC-head firewall. Now, we have an IP sec VPN connectivity between the OFFICE firewall (location A) and SBC-head firewall (location B) ..
