Is it possible to integrate Supplier contract form to Oracle

The user is using 3rd Party supplier form (name: formstack). supplier submitted the form to the user then the user transfer manually all information to oracle. she would like to check if possible to integrate the form to oracle so that she will not manually transfer the data manually.

the form is being used by supplier to submit the contract information to user.

Currently they are using 2 platform in the process which is 1st is third party platform and 2nd is Oracle.
