OLVM Self-Hosted Engine Deployment- During engine install VM gets disconnected from Network

I am using the following KB article to install the ovirt-engine:

Everything works as expected however during the install of the ovirt-engine the VM is getting disconnected from the Network with no ability to recover from what I can see.


Anyone else having this issue?
