What to use to pull data from a third party system to integrate to E1

Hello,

We are on JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2. I need to pull specific data from an external system and map to E1 for an integration. The pull of data would be on a nightly bases, it would then update certain fields in E1, and be used to notify individuals of processes completed in E1. The data will need to be pulled nightly as it changes daily. I have tried a SOAP UI via HTTP connection, however, was limited by pulling data in only 10-minute increments.
