Cancel Purchase Requisitions when not the Preparer

Hi, I am trying to tighten up our iProc config to prevent employees who are not Req preparer changing-cancelling Purchase Requisitions.

I have found some MOS note to cover this when status is Returned or Rejected

All good with that.

But in our setup we have scenario where Req is approved but not converted to PO

When we have this combination someone who is NOT the Preparer can cancel the Req

I want to close this loophole

Feel sure this is just one Profile Option etc

Can someone point me in the right direction?
