We have encountered long running issue on some of the IB transactions and we have been directed to this document: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocContentDisplay?_afrLoop=469569236612382&id=2384049.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=h9b0l7kbt_225

We are planning to disable the Direct Report update Events but we want to understand more on what real time updates we will be missing for the day if we disable these 2:

AssignmentAdded: New Empl Rcd created

AssignmentTerminated:Assignment (Job) Terminated 

Can anyone provide more information where i can get details on what these two events does?
