Hi All,

I am having following error when I am running Post Mass additions program in fixed asset

Error: function fa_cache_pkg.fazccmt returned failure
Error: function fa_addition_pvt.initialize returned failure
Error: function fa_addition_pub.do_addition returned failure
Getting Debug information
&MSG1 (MSG1=)
Mass Addition ID: 47174 ==> ** Failed **
Cache: Error retrieving row from FA_METHODS table
Depreciation Method: STL
Life in Months: 372

Cause: You have a database problem.
Action: Contact your system administrator.

I already perform following checks

1- validate FA_METHODS and data look fine to me in this table

2-already run the "Gains and Losses" before running Post Mass additions
