Error 12154 connecting to standby

We have a oracle 19c exadata environment. Configured Oracle RAC with 2 Primarys DB´s and 2 Standby DB´s to each Databse (aplication). We use DataGuard to keep replication.

From a few months ago, we started to receive daily ORA-12154 errors of connection error between the primary banks and the respective standbys.


The most curious thing is that these errors always occur at 04:00 in the morning. But during the day the connection works normally without errors. Tests with tnsping from the primary base to the standby run smoothly.


What could be causing these errors always at the same time? Could it be some Dataguard job? How can I check this?
