Guide for migrating Stand-Alone DG to PDB-based DG?

Is there a step by step guide for migrating 19c stand-alone passive data guard protected databases to 21c PDBs (file not ASM)?

Although we plan to wait for 23c for production, I'd like to start reviewing what is required to migrate these primary and stand-by databases without have to start from scratch to be prepared for Q4. A supported step-by-step guide would be most welcome.
