Inplace Upgrade OL8 to OL9

Is it possible or anyway to update OL8 to OL9 with the DVD media? I was trying to run through with LEAPP but cannot figure out how to get past the RDMA message I am receiving. Just trying to perform an easy in-place upgrade from OL8 to OL9. This is testing so if things don't work right away that is what I am trying to determine.
