While executing /app/GRID/19300/rootupgrade.sh on node1, the script failed/aborted with the below errors

2023/04/03 14:39:47 CLSRSC-357: Failed to stop current Oracle Clusterware stack during upgrade

2023/04/03 14:39:47 CLSRSC-349: The Oracle Clusterware stack failed to stop

Died at /app/GRID/19300/crs/install/crsupgrade.pm line 4007.
