Siebel Dedicated Client is not working

Hi,

Recently we have installed one new Siebel 22.8 environment and when we are trying to connect to Dedicated client, it is giving error as "the username and password is incorrect" for sadmin credentials.

But with the same credentials, we are able to login to Tools and Server manager as well. Could someone let me know what could be the issue and how to fix it. Even i didn't see any issues with cfg file as well for dedicated client.
