how to run SQL tuning adviser manually, instead of OEM?

I can run the SQL tuning adviser via OEM and most of the time I use the below options.

How to run this manually using exact same options below.

In OEM

1) go to menu: Performance > SQL > SQL Tuning Adviser

press next

2) Click "SQL Tunning Sets" on right side of the screen

press next

3) The clicking "Create" button on left side of the screen

press next

4) Then I enter name for the SQL Tunning Set, and specify Owner (like a SYS user), then I click next

press next

5) Then I choose option: "Load SQL statements one time only", and I choose Data Source as "Cursor Cache"
