Employee Stock Purchase Plan Deductions
Currently we are manually calculating the ESPP payroll deductions and putting them into a General Deduction. We are wanting to automate this and trying to figure out the best way to do this in PeopleSoft.
Our plan allows the employee to withhold no less than $10 per pay period and a maximum of 20% of the aggregate W-2 compensation for the calendar year which you have received on or before the last day of the offering period (current offering period is 30 days). Our plan allows both a flat dollar amount or a percentage.
If we use the delivered Employee Stock Purchase Benefit Plan do we have to use the Stock Admin functionality even though its no longer supported by Oracle?
