MT940C Swift file upload error in JDE

While uploading the MT940C+ file using R09600 report, its showing an error "BAI218 No valid records were found in the input file. Make sure flat file encoding is setup correctly in P93081. See log file for further details"

I am not sure what this error is and how to correct to upload the bank file successfully.
