(Not only) Japan Oracle Support kills (not only) my Service Requests every 3 years.

My SR A opened on 2012/12/26 and Japan Oracle killed it on 2016/09/13.


My SR B opened on 2016/08/04 and they killed it on 2019/12/27.

They opened new SR C on 2019/12/27 and they killed it on 2023/03/31.

They opeend new SR D on 2023/03/31.


Could you tell me why the hell Japan Oracle Support kill my SRs every 3 years?
