In Oracle EBS, revision 11.5.10.2

Try to transact move order in test instance 11i. We got an error :ex..in insertsertrx:oracle.jdbc.driver.oraclesqlexception:ORA-00900: invalid SQL statement .

Do you know what is the issue here? We never found this issue in prod instance before. Thanks!
