Requestor Change after PO received and Invoiced.

Need for a change in requestor after the PO is received and invoiced.

Please note that the requestor will have a different location than default ship-to location.

FYI, System allows the requestor change when the requestor's location is same as default ship-to location (header).

Please let me know is there a way to change the requestor of a PO line after the line is invoiced, where the new requestor location is different from default ship-to location?
