CKEditor 5 in APEX 22.2 remove highlight not working

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) Question

One of our users has found that the "remove highlight" under the highlight option of the CKEditor 5 toolbar in APEX 22.2 is not working.

I found this note on the CKEditor bug


Since this was fixed in the August 2022 version of CKeditor, is there a way to install a bug fix to APEX 22.2? or will the latest CKEditor be installed with the next APEX version?
