OLAM2 - ERROR! couldn't resolve module/action 'community.general.timezone'

Hello

I have running a single OLAM instance on an OL8. But a simple playbook which changes timezone with the OLAM EE (latest) environment fails:

ERROR! couldn't resolve module/action 'community.general.timezone'

Is there a way to create a self configured execution environment where such Ansible collections are installed?
