Unable to view concurrent request log files - Function ncrorou returned error code 1003.

Oracle EBS 12.1.3. SSL Enabled.

Recently implemented modern imap authentication (OAuth 2.0) - after implementing it we are Unable to view concurrent request logs. (Able to view Output files without any issue.)

Gets error on the form when try to "view log" --> An error occurred while attempting to receive the output arguments of the remote procedure. Function ncrorou returned error code 1003. The application file server process may have exited abnormally. Please contact you system administrator.
