Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Issue with lots getting removed from hold automatically after certain time

Hello Team,

For a certain Item Branch plant combination, we have put lots on Q & D hold.

From past 3 days these hold form the lots , getting removed automatically.

User have to put lot back on hold every time,

We want to know what could be the reason, these lots , which are on hold, are getting hold removed after every 3 to 4 hrs.
