Create Accounting Fails in Accounting Program (XLAACCUP) and lost Transaction

Hi All,

Oracle Applications : 12.2.8

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Attempting to run the Create Accounting - Cost Management program from Receivables. It spawns the Accounting Program (XLAACCUP), which ends with the following error:
