Data That Has Posted From SLA, But Is Not Appearing In GL

Hi,

We have posted a WebADI SLA journal in FAH, which was uploaded successfully and has a status Transferred to GL = Yes. However, this journal does not appear in GL.

Missing journal entry is existing in Sub-ledger tables (xla_ae_lines, xla_ae_headers) and missing in Journal tables (gl_import_references, gl_je_lines and gl_je_headers).

Please advise how this issue could be resolved?
