How to validate Application Accounting Definitions

I'm setting up and testing Oracle Process Manufacturing in Oracle EBS R12.2.7

I setup Subledger Accounting Setups Process Manufacturing Financials for User owner, but Application Accounting Definitions owned by Oracle is in compilation status of 'Not Validated' and validate button is greyed, I ran the concurrent request "Validate Application Accounting Definitions", but the Application Accounting Definitions for Oracle owner still remain in Not Validated status:

The question is, If I setup Application Accounting Definition for User Owner, the AAD owned by Oracle is disabled and validate it is not necessary?
