ORA-12801 + ORA-08005: specified row does not exist

- Oracle version 19.15.0.0.0 - 4 node RAC

While running a daily data load, we got the two errors, ORA-12801 + ORA-08005: specified row does not exist. This is not a new data load. it runs everyday and it insert data into tables by selecting columns from 6 tables with where clause. Note: we have not changed the DML. it has been running for many years.

I reviewed alert log and did not find any errors, i.e. ORA-, etc. I reviewed all indexes for all tables listed and they are all in valid state. I also searched metalink /Oracle and found very little information about this ORA- errors. I only found the following:
