How to prog Download PDF from a website

in PL/SQL (MOSC) Question

Greetings Everyone,

I am a PL/SQL programmer. I have to download tons of Invoices from a Supplier website. I was wondering what would be the best approach to download programmatically from the Supplier website?

We can get a list of invoices that are stuck (did not come through) from Oracle tables. I would like to also learn new technologies, but not sure where to start.
