Flex domain display problem under different responsibilities

The same form has different responsibilities: one is the responsibility of a Chinese company, and the other is the responsibility of a US company

In the payment function interface of Chinese company responsibilities, the elastic field is displayed normally, but in the US company responsibilities, the elastic field is not displayed. The setting of the elastic field is a shared field (Global data Elements).
