Negative Completion (P31114)

Dears,

The new enhanced "Option to Prevent Negative Completion" in TR 9.2.7.3 actually is based on SAR 7708036 created in 2016. However, there is no scenario to explain why this function can fit any kind of today's manufacturing environment.

Could someone here can help to clarify the true logic behind this new enhancement? Thanks!
